As far as box supply, you will want to get a wide variety of boxes from very small to large boxes. One good rule never over fill a box as if it breaks everything goes everywhere and you could damaged something that is very valuable to you. If you don't have duct tape get the best possible moving tape.

A moving supply checklist isn't really that extensive either. Duct tape and more duck tape, it has so many uses and you will be glad you have it. Sharpie markers are another must have to mark on your boxes. Mark each box which room it's going in so you have plenty of room when you unpack. This cuts your workload in half by marking them. You won't be moving boxes from room to room as you are unpacking.

A note pad is one item that you will go back often to writing down things you will need when you move. If you're like me you will think of something and if you don't write it down it's usually forgotten about. A note pad stops this problem right in it's tracks.
